At CarzAuto Recycling, we are committed to providing high-quality recycled automotive parts. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer the following returns and warranty policy:

1. Warranty Coverage

Engines and Transmissions: All engines and transmissions come with a 60-day warranty from the date of purchase.
Other Parts: All other parts come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.
Electrical Parts: No warranty is provided on electrical parts.

2. Warranty Terms

The warranty covers only the part itself and does not include labor costs for installation or removal, or any other incidental costs.
The warranty is void if the part is damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or any modifications made to the part after purchase.

3. Return Conditions

All returns must be made within the warranty period specified above.
Parts must be returned in the same condition as sold, with no alterations or damages.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned parts.
Original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

4. Delivery Policy

Free Delivery: Free delivery is available on orders over $120.
Delivery Charge: Orders under $120 are subject to a $25 delivery fee.
We deliver from Bowmanville up to Mississauga within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@carzauto.ca or call us at +1 855-330-0202 with your order details and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the part to us.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned part, minus the restocking fee.

6. Exceptions

Parts not covered by warranty (e.g., electrical parts) are not eligible for return unless they are defective upon arrival.
Custom orders or special-order parts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
